A friend at church recommended AllGen to us in 2022. At the time, we were 10–15 years from retirement and had three kids going to college over the next 10 years. Up until then, we had been going it alone...investing in 401(k)s, 529s, Roths...without any guidance. We were looking for a fiduciary to review our investments and savings to see if there were adjustments we needed to make.
In the first few months, Paul and team helped us streamline our portfolio, reinvest money for better returns, and identify simple ways to make our money do more work for us, e.g., shifting to a higher yield savings account. We immediately felt more confident about our finances and our path forward.
