Replaced 2 older toilets with 2 new . Billy was extremely thorough not only in removing and installing but in cleaning up afterwards. Both toilets were on the 2nd floor. It took almost 4 hours to complete the project to not only our but also his satisfaction.
The overall cost was competitive with quotes from other well reviewed plumbing companies.
Everyone with whom I interacted, from quotes, appointment scheduling, follow-up etc. was professional and courteous.
Our plumbing started acting up earlier during the day time, but we didn’t start to feel it until after dinner. Dee was so helpful! He came out late at night, and cleaned everything out as needed. Our plumbing was fixed and no more headaches for the morning.
Fast and friendly. I called needing someone to come out and within 3 hours Shane was there and fixed our issue. He took the time to explain what he was doing and even provided options. If I ever need a plumber again, I will definitely be calling All Pro and asking for Shane.
