Paul has been providing great weekly pool service but went above and beyond recently when there was a repair miscommunication. I attempted to go through the office channels but Paul took it upon himself to work directly with the office to rectify the issue. Paul provided 1:1 personal service and saved me time and frustration! Paul = A+ Customer Service.

I’ve had Paul Acosta from Amenity Pool Services taking care of my pool in Orlando for over a year, and he’s been excellent. Paul is not just a pool cleaner.. he’s a skilled technician. He carefully measures chemicals each visit, keeps the pH perfectly balanced, and makes sure the salt and chlorine levels are exactly where they should be.
He also knows his way around Hayward equipment and my salt chlorinator system, and always takes the time to answer questions and explain things clearly. His consistency, knowledge, and professionalism have kept my pool looking great week after week.
