i went and got my hair cut today for the first time and had such an amazing salon experience. i asked for a very layered hair cut and bangs and my hairstylist Louise did EXACTLY what i asked for. she also had such an incredible personality and was super easy to talk to. she really took her time with my hair cut to get it exactly how i wanted and taught me things about my hair that i didn’t even know. the apprentice who washed my hair was also super sweet and very outgoing. the overall experience was the best i’ve had, with all of the staff members, everyone had a smile on their face and was super welcoming! worth every penny.
