The phlebotomist was great! She was friendly and very complimentary of my veins. I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment. They were able to take me back early and I was finished before it even hit my scheduled appointment time.
I have been at lab every week on Mondays. Staff are friendly. One of them knows sign language and communicate with me. Other lady always communicate with me on Samsung note back & forth. They are awesome and very friendly people. They helped me alot. I'm satisfied and am a very happy.
The staff are awesome! I HATE getting bloodwork done...who doesn't?But Janet made the experience quite pleasant! She made sure I felt comfortable and conversed with me through the whole process! Which is what all phlebotomists should do imo.Doc needed 4 tubes which Janet was able to do smoothly and quickly. I was so relieved!Thank you so much Janet for making a usual horrid experience a surprisingly pleasant one! I knew there was a reasoning to my happiness to seeing you today! Thanks Adventhealth team!
