I’ve seen Milicia for a variety of physical challenges, she is always very welcoming, positive attitude and consistently asks for my feedback and how my shoulder is doing/progressing. Milicia is an AWESOME Physical Therapist.

Anthony at Ability truly saved me, I started dealing with an IT band issue a few weeks prior to my first marathon and he was able to help me and make sure I was able to run it with no problems!! He’s helping me ever since and I couldn’t be happier with his knowledge and experience, I trust him 1000% and I will be keep going and work on my knee issues with his support! The most important part of being an athlete is to take care of your body and this is the best place to do it!

Ability Rehab was amazing at getting me back to normal after surgery. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and I like the personal care and attention they give to everyone. I also like that the environment is fun and uplifting, even when the physical therapy hurts. They have been so supportive during this journey. Thanks to Anthony, Jose, and all the other therapists that helped me get better.
