Rudi is awesome! I was having trouble turning the key to a package box at my apartment mailbox and I thought I got the wrong key. Fortunately, Rudi was right around the corner working an unrelated job and I saw the logo for his business on the side of his vehicle so I asked if he might be able to help me out and see what was wrong. The package inside turned out to be too big for the lock box and jammed the lock. Rudi quickly diagnosed the problem and grabbed some pliers to help turn the key and saved the day! His smart thinking and graciousness to help me out was unparalleled. I will certainly call Rudi if I run into an actual lock problem!

Rudi and his team are the best!! Highly recommend them. They did a great job on our locks at our office. They were able to rekey all the locks we wanted to be done and replaced the others as requested. Great job guys!!

Used A-Rudi Cuellar to work on a few doors at a nightclub I work in. These doors are old and used a lot and We were concerned about our customers safety and the venues security.
