9round Kickboxing fitness was the perfect end to my last Saturday of the year. Angel showed me around, explained the process throughly and made my experience so fun. I loved how each station is 3 minutes split into two workouts. A complete 30 minute workout was plenty too really feel the burn. I left feeling amazing and challenged after the workout, wanting more.
It was amazing!!! I can see why you guys call it 9 rounds.. you really do feel all 9 rounds!! The workouts are amazing and different every day, and it really is suited for all levels of boxing. I’m a complete beginner but I was able to get some really good jabs and kicks in on my first day! If y’all haven’t already come check them out and experience all 9rounds!!!
Came for a visit to Orlando and left INSPIRED to find a center near me!!! Staff so amazing father and son team, Jose and Angel helped me to find my hidden athlete again!!!! You MUST come in!!!
