I love this place. I'd been a member and a trainer at another 9round in Cali for years and wasn't sure of how the ones here would be, especially having dropped by another one in the Orlando area to my severe disappointment, this one tho, I cannot stress highly enough how awesome the trainers are. Damien is an absolute beast that will push you to your limits and help you pass them. Every time I go, it's like I'm working out for the first time. If you're interested in a great workout, with great people, get your a** I'm here for that first time workout and see what the fuss is about!

Prior to becoming a member at this 9round location I heard it was a great gym. But to my surprise it was so much more. It’s been the best decision I could have made to improve my physical and mental health. I’ve been a member since December 2021 and words can’t describe how much I love it. For starters the owners Johanna and Damien (hope I spelled her name right) are amazing individuals. They truly care about their members and go the extra mile to make us feel appreciated and supported in our fitness journey. They provide meal plans and proactively push us to top performance everyday. The trainers are phenomenal, all experienced personal trainers with big personalities....read full review

I was nervous to walk in as a 50+ year old woman. It was not intimidating at all. Everyone is so helpful and very welcoming. They treat everyone the same, rather you've been there for years or your first day. It's a great all over workout, and it's only 30 minutes! Give it a try, you will not regret it! Thank you to the 9Round team for bring so welcoming!
