I was having issues with my thermostat, leading to our unit not working properly. I called 4 Seasons and within an hour, Dez, arrived and solved the problem within 20 mins. Thank you 4 Seasons for your efficiency anytime we’ve had issues. Highly recommend!
Ketondra found an issue and was able to install a compressor saver to help with that issue. She was able to evaluate the system and make sure everything was working well. Excellent job!
Ketondra came over today to troubleshoot a mini split that has lost power. As an engineer, I was with her every step of the way, and asking questions, which she tolerated with grace. She narrowed the problem down to the electrical input power and didn’t leave until a 4Seasons electrician was booked to be here the same day. She has excellent technical skills as well as customer relations skills.
