I have not been successful at writing a google review, so I am posting here in facebook.
Due to a slight miscommunication, our fence was not installed with the correct set back from the property line as required by our HOA. I sent an email regarding the issue expecting to not get a response, based on past dealings with other businesses. But I was wrong! 27Fence replied back within the same day saying they would move the fence to remedy the issue. They sent a crew out and moved our fence to the required location without hesitation. I will post photos when it’s done. They’re still working on it but highly recommend them great people to work with. They stood by me as as far far with the HOA and the lady next to me her fence was on my property. They took care of it awesome work I would highly recommend them. Thank you guys. You rock.

Communication was great, selection was higher than competitors, and pricing was generally fair. There was a large delay on my order due to supply chain constraints, and the communication throughout the process was enough to maintain trust. I’ll be contracting them again once I’m ready to extend my fencing.
