I was absolutely thrilled with my first experience with the Cleaning Authority. The team arrived on time and never stopped working. This was my first appointment so this visit was a thorough deep clean. The team of two were here for almost three hours along with a supervisor joining in later. Everything was cleaned and dusted thoroughly (I have two long hair cats) along with everything else. Our house looks beautiful! I look forward to the next appointment.
They were wonderful!! They walked into a disaster zone and worked harder than they should have had to (my fault), and did it with a smile. Hopefully, next visit will be easier for them!
This crew did well, made the bed correctly, the shelf under kitchen and dining room table were dusted, shower doors were clean, I could tell that vacuum where previous crews i couldn't.
