Lavar from Safelite provided me with five-star service. He was very easy to work with and explained everything in detail without using complicated technical terms. I would definitely want him to take care of our windshield again. Of course, I hope it doesn’t break again, but if it does, I trust he will give my family and me the same professional experience. Safelite replaced the cracked windshield and recalibrated systems quickly and efficiently at their Orange Park, FL location. The administrator and technician addressed all issues, answered all questions, and handled the insurance paperwork. Very satisfied and would use them again, but lets hope no more road rocks hit the windshield.
