Michael came to fix our Viking range. It was under warranty. However it was not the range but an electrical issue. He was very patient and explained the issue. He turned off the breaker so we did not have a fire hazard. We could not be more pleased with his promptness, politeness and concern. 5 stars.
My washing machine had the code UR coming up and it was off balance. Called Quest Mike knew exactly the problem order the part came to my home and repaired the washer all is great and I'm totally going to use this company again. Thank you Mike for your awesome expertise. A+ Company for sure.
