I've been going here for years, and I kept meaning to do a review: Dr A is amazing. He always remembers the little details about my kiddo, and the staff is all wonderful. I've never had a billing issue or anything! I was getting depressed because I was in so much pain I couldn't play with my son, and the first appointment with Dr A, I teared up talking about how I just wanted my back (neck and shoulder too) to stop keeping me from living an active life. Once I got on a routine with medication, yoga, and stretching, I was able to be more active with my son. I'll be forever grateful to this team! Stay away from this place, no communication & they want to stick a needle in you regardless of ur situation. I heard a lady talking while waiting in line that told the dr she was allergic & they just brushed her off & wouldnt even see her after she called & let them know she had a reaction. Would highly recommend going elsewhere
The macclenny office is terrible. You sit there over a hour waiting on them to call you back even though YOU made it there on time. Then days they just decide they aren't going to be there on time so have you waiting on people to get to work before anyone gets called back. Then you have 20 people ahead of you.. I'm so sick of this office wasting people's time. Why schedule appointments if your not taking people back according to their appointment times instead of when they sign in??? All they do is push pills on people and not care what's going on
