It's supposed to be a pin management but the only thing they seem to manage are the excuses the come up with. Most unprofessional front office staff. They make they're patients wait days before sending in prescriptions to the pharmacy. It's sad
The doctor was nice, but they were running really far.Behind. my hand's been in once for a consultation. Call back to schedule and the girl that answered the phone told me that they don't schedule any appointments on the phone. What? Then, tells me I need to talk to sarah and I should call back. So I called back and I waited on, hold for ten minutes.She gets on the phone and is almost combative. It tells me she's the one that gets authorization.She's not the medical staff and if i'm on a schedule an appointment, I need to talk to them. I told her the VA already did authorization. They’re asking us about height weight sure how tall you are and how much you weight but arent they supposed to weight you and things and the doctor was just joking on the way and just seen a bunch of stuff that doesn’t correlate what we’re talking about and left us because the internet doesn’t work and said” i dont what to do wait here i guess “ we have been waiting here .
