No one other than brook's did Internal Pelvic Floor Therapy and yes that's a mouthful. But they were able to get me back to how I was pre pregnancy! I want to give a shout out to Lily at reception for working around our VERY complicated schedules to make sure that we are able to have therapy here - she has been wonderful to work with so we can get the slots we need to come after school, not on a “baseball” night, etc.
