I ordered a bouquet without lilies. I understand when a florist has to substitute but not substitute a non toxic flower for a toxic one. Only one flower was the same as what I ordered absolutely everything Including a beautiful mason jar vase for a cheap yard sale glass vase. The biggest issue is our beloved family pet is currently in the hospital fighting for its life because instead of making a simple phone call to ask about a substitution would have saved us from heartache on my daughters birthday. The manager MICHELLE of this florist shop tells me it’s not her problem I have to take it up with the website I ordered it from. She proceeded to tell me “have a nice day” no sympathy for their error no accountability when I told her that was a horrible thing to say have a nice day when our pet might die she said “well there’s no winning with you so god bless how bout that”

I have been going here since 2008 for all kinds of different arrangements in various sizes for numerous holidays/events. Not once have I had a bad experience. The couple of times I have used their delivery service it has been spot on. Every time I have them create something they always come up with something beyond what I envisioned. The people have always been great and accommodating even when I went in there with no idea what I was really looking for. I am not sure what else you could want.

Stopped in for a quick need to get some ‘Thank You’ flowers. The young lady who was helping me, quickly shared they could make me up something special. I was in and out with a beautiful fresh arrangement in less than 10 minutes! This florist has also helped me on several other occasions and each time they have exceeded my expectations!
