Mike Merritt Heating & Air

I've been using Mike Merritt Heating & Air since they installed my new system in 2016. I caused myself a late night AC emergency because I wasn't doing proper annual maintenance. My drain clogged and overflowed, drenching my kitchen ceiling downstairs and creating a real mess. The repair man, Ziad (spelling) was at my door at 7:30am the next morning to fix it. An hour and half later, my house was cooling again and all system maintenance was taken care of properly. They are amazing, professional, on time , great work! It’s nice to see in this day and age. I bought a place that had many hidden problems. I went to the Home and Patio show in Jax and pick a pen with their logo on it.
One of my problems happened when I started to repaint. in one spot I had a vent fan with no ducting behind it. I was shocked and I didn't know how to start. I saw the pen and gave them a try. THANK GOD I did. They can out the within a few days. One looked at the A/C (it needed lots of work ie. the ducting was not attacked to the walls). I had them check the electrical system out. So happy I chose Mike Merritt AC. I had 3 quotes to make a decision on and I kept going back to their warranty. If you want a quality Lennox system and an absolutely peace of mind warranty, this is the place. Mike himself came out to do quote and a very personable man, obviously very knowledgeable. Brian did the actual install with a helper and he was amazing. 3 hours to do complete job, and that included not just the new equipment but all new AC lines and drain line, and new thermostat. The job is neat, clean and looks amazing. The improved comfort in the home is very noticeable. Done rambling......put yourself in the hands of Mike Merritt AC....and relax!
