They are amazing, professional, on time , great work! It’s nice to see in this day and age. I bought a place that had many hidden problems. I went to the Home and Patio show in Jax and pick a pen with their logo on it. One of my problems happened when I started to repaint. in one spot I had a vent fan with no ducting behind it. I was shocked and I didn't know how to start. I saw the pen and gave them a try. THANK GOD I did. They can out the within a few days. One looked at the A/C (it needed lots of work ie. the ducting was not attacked to the walls). I had them check the electrical system out. Sure enough, it was from the 1990's and not up to code. Their team started work the next week. They were professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I'm so happy with all their work. I feel safe with the upgraded electric and the A/C is cold and quiet. I highly recommend them. The price was great and so was the whole experience. I did not feel like I was cheated, it was a value to have the work down by people that know their craft.

AC Panda impresses again. I called on Mothers Day to get on the schedule as my AC was having issues. Heather picked up on mothers day (could hear kids in background) and did everything she could to get me on the schedule for the next day. Rasheed came out next day and like always was honest and direct. Great customer service all around from this company. Thank you Heather and Rasheed

Service was fast, efficient and courteous. Rasheed ran ahead of schedule, maintained great communication, and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem with my air conditioner. I also signed up for a maintenance package because I had been meaning to do it anyway, and I was impressed with the level of professionalism of this company. While there might be less expensive companies out there, I was extremely impressed overall and consider my money to have been well spent.
