Massey Services Pest Control focuses on Pest Prevention, providing a full-circle solution that targets the exterior of homes to eliminate pest breeding grounds. This approach, which avoids indiscriminate pesticide use, keeps pests out of homes, making controlling them unnecessary. The professional and personable service of the technicians has earned them high regard from customers. Massey Services' Pest Prevention program, coupled with the exceptional service, offers a reliable and effective alternative to traditional pest control methods.
Customers have praised the technicians for their courteous, professional, and attentive service. One customer mentioned that their technician, Taylor May, is a "rock star" and the "best" they have ever had. Another customer, who has been with the company for 13 years, stated that they have never experienced a more thorough or conscientious technician than Taylor May. Customers also appreciate the technicians' efficiency and the fact that they have had no problems with bugs since their service.
Jared G. did a fantastic job. Not only did he do the inspection in a timely manner but he was both professional and kind during the process as well. In a world where kindness is hard to find, people like Jared should get more shout outs! So thank you Massey and Jared for protecting our house.
We’ve had Matthew Guthrie taking care of our home for several years now, and we truly couldn’t ask for anyone better! Matthew is always on time, dependable, respectful, and just genuinely such a nice and pleasant person. He’s always friendly when he comes by, and we know we can count on him to take good care of our home. After having him for several years, he really feels like someone we can trust and rely on. We’re very grateful for his great service and would absolutely recommend him to anyone!
We've had Matt Guthrie taking care of our pest control for a few years now. Great guy, always friendly and happy to help. My dog is always happy to see him and he's great with my pup too.
