Our pest technician Gary has been treating our home for several years now and this review is well overdue. Absolutely top notch service! Gary is professional, personable, responsive, and just genuinely what all technicians at Massey should emulate. Not to say other technicians lack these qualities but Gary is the standard!!!

We’ve been with Massey for over a decade and been fortunate enough to have Gary take care of our home for most of that time. No prevention is 100% but the few times over the years we’ve found critters in the house he’s been able to take care of it within a day or two. Very professional service always.

this company came to service my apartment building today and, right before they came, I had noticed the BIGGEST roach ever. The tech made sure she got the roach for me and went above and beyond. Friendly and professional the whole time she was spraying. Made my day
