I called Advanced Tree last week about cutting up and removing two trees which fell across the fence in the backyard. They set up an appointment for that day at 4:00 pm. They never showed up, and didnt call to resked. A tree company called the next day and said they would be out to do an estimate. I thought it was another company that I had called, but it ended up being Advanced Tree. I mentioned that he was supposed to come by the previous day. He said "oh I tried to call you but couldn't get thru, I was in bad cell area." He looked at the downed trees and told me how they would do the job, and that he would forward an estimate to me that afternoon for me to submit...read full review

This is the second time I've used advanced tree. This experience was similar to the first in that they didn't finish the job. I still have debri in my yard. They dropped the tree after telling both myself and my husband they would rope it down. Now there is a crater in the yard. After taking the tree down it was left on my front lawn for over a week. After talking to the company that removed it, I learned they had not paid the man so he didn't pick it up. I paid for the removal service when I paid them for taking the tree down. Very disappointed with the lack of follow up but not surprised. I won't be giving them a third chance or recommending them.

Left them a message and they said they would call back two days later due to a move. I waited never heard back. I then left two other messages and still no response. You be the judge
