Im having an above excellent experience since my first visit yesterday. Receptionist was super simple to book a same day emergency with. Arriving felt like home. (Not a cold scary hospital) Very friendly & accommodating! The vet assistant Zachary so helpful & gentle with my sick dog. Theres literally no judgement here. No pretentiousness or negativity. & they have an app & text me this morning to check in to make sure shes doing better. Rates are very decent! Best Ive found.
Dr Crosby really listened, he was fun & engaging which made me relax a whole lot and Im very grateful 🙏 for his expertise & continues to take classes to stay up to date which is great! Its so nice to be heard & respected for taking the natural approach & have a sit down honest conversation with someone about serious issues.
They even ask in the form if youre open to learn more about diet or not. Zero pressure. Im all about diet & prevention & thats how you know they are a great veterinarian hospital.

They even have doctors who specialize in things like homeopethic & natural remedies & they all worked together for us! Being in rescue for decades Ive seen in other cities the holisitc doctors get put on the back burner at regular clinics. Here they are all educated in various natural fields.

Kingsley makes me feel like ive chosen a great place to live, even tho im 45 min away, because I know I have someplace to turn for comprehensive health care for my dogs when things get scary.

They also have thimerasol free rabies vaccines.

Our second visit everything was timely, clearly stated, options provided and moderately priced. We will return.

I have been to many vet clinics over the years. Kingsley animal hospital is above and beyond! The Doctors and staff are amazing and make you feel so welcome. They truly care about your pets health and well being and are so understanding in any situation and are there to help! Truly love them and are so grateful to them!

Love this place! Never pressured us into anything. Puppy package is worth it! Will recommend everywhere I go.

We love that they don’t have a bunch of chemical filled food, sitting in the lobby for sale, only healthy good sourced food.
It was refreshing!

No one was pushing anything on us, unlike most vets.

Our three pups saw Dr. Fish and he was wonderful, very informative and patient with my questions about continuing to stay holistic in our family.

Great staff. Friendly and professional.
I prefer the homeopathic approach to my pets health care.

At first i only chose this hospital bc it was close to my house and easy to get to. now, this is the only place i will visit for my pets. i have two cats that have both been treated here and i have nothing but kind words to say about them. i have calls multiple times for different things and each time, the person i was talking to was so understanding and answered my questions completely and gave me additional information. the actual hospital is beautiful with painting exam room walls and their little shop in the waiting room has a great choice of food and treats. one of my cats has food allergies but we are always able to find food and treats safe for him. Jordyn has been the person i've just happen to talk to and see at the front desk the most and she is always so kind to me and my cats. Dr. Bayless has been able to help both my cats and I am beyond grateful for her. She has been incredibly understanding of my cat with severe anxiety and has made special exceptions for him. she has answered all of my questions without hesitation, genuinely listening to my concerns and addressed everything, and perfectly explained what and how things were working. i recently took my cat here to get fixed and they even called me to ensure he was doing fine after surgery. i will take my cats and any future pets i have to KAH as long as i am able to.

I just want to share our experience during the middle of COVID lockdown. My baby, fifi was showing signs of a medical emergency to which I understood that I was loosing him. We were able to drive straight to the animal hospital and waited only a few short minutes despite the strict social distancing the staff did everything they could and expressed sympathy and kindness during this really difficult time. The vet and all the staff were amazing and helped us in a timely manner. I just want to say thank you again.
