Julie Runnfeldt, DVM is a highly praised veterinary clinic with amazing technicians who genuinely care about the animals and the people that visit their establishment. The staff, including the friendly and patient receptionist Kelly, have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure timely appointments and address all questions and concerns. Visitors from out of town have also been impressed with the clinic's ability to quickly request their pets' records from their regular veterinarians. While there have been occasional long wait times due to emergency walk-ins, the staff and veterinarians have been described as amazing. The only potential downside mentioned was the presence of a bird sanctuary in the waiting room, which can be disruptive for some pets. Overall, the clinic is highly recommended for its reasonable prices and the exceptional care provided to sick pets.

5 stars given for the staff (Especially KELLY)! Every time I've called to get our pup (Benny) an appointment or had general questions she has gone above and beyond to ensure we got a timely appointment & all questions & concerns were answered. SO patient, professional & friendly. Hubby normally takes Benny to appointments and says the rest of the staff and docs are just as great! Highly recommend!

I'm visiting from out of town and was able to make an appointment for my cocker spaniel to be seen. VCA contacted my vet in Virginia to request my pets records. The only downside was the long wait way beyond my appointment time (approximately 40 min.) When I asked, I was told there were two emergency walk-ins that impacted the remaining appointments. I would have I preferred this was explained when I was checked in vice in response to me inquiring how much longer to be seen. That's the only reason for 4stars. The staff, technician and Vet were all amazing. This will be my vet stop (if needed) when visiting Jacksonville.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the birds sanctuary in the waiting room. I was not expecting it and my bird dog flipped out. Next time I will bring her in her travel crate. Staff was extremely friendly and prices were treatment reasonable. My sick baby is not back to her healthy self.
