I was searching desperately to get my hair done for my graduation and every salon I called said no, they were booked. Jacob took time out of his schedule JUST FOR ME. He did not have to do that but he did, and THAT is great customer service. Not only did he totally save me, he did an incredible job! I was looking for highlights and they came out even more beautiful than I imagined. Other hair dressers told me I couldn’t have platinum highlights because my hair had a natural warm color to it, and Jacob just lifted it to such a light color in one treatment! I was blown away. Jana was great - love my style, and the price was great. They responded quickly to my online inquiry for an appointment, and kept great communication throughout. Clean facility, highly recommend, will definitely be back!

Jacob has been doing my hair since I was about 15 years old. I just got married and he did my hair perfectly! He was so awesome walking around with me to make sure my veil stayed in and even carried a thing of hair spray to help keep my hair looking marvelous for all the pictures and for the rest of the night.
