Staff is friendly and will do what they can to solve technical issues. I had to have a microphone replaced on my stereo and the technician listened to me, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The professionalism and service of this establishment is excellent.

I self installed a new touch screen head unit in my truck and needed some help with the install and the owner stopped what he was doing and took the time to explain some of the connections even though I didn’t purchase the unit or the install from him. After he took the time to help me I did purchase a backup camera from him. Very happy with the camera and the non-customer service I received

If you want your audio done right, you found the right place. It's not just a job to anyone working here, everyone seems to love what they do! The details they put into their craft and the customer service is phenomenal! And it feels like home. The owner is a straight shooter, he wont jerk you around with nonsense and his awesome bride is the same way! He's an extremely humble guy and he loves what he does, you can just tell. He sees the people when they walk in the door, he doesn't look at the customer like a dollar sign! Just had my second car serviced here today, couldn't be more happy with the work!
