What a great experience! I brought in a sample of existing flooring that had been discontinued and they matched it almost perfectly. Chip was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in getting the product in on my very short timeline. Pricing was reasonable and the service is excellent! I would highly recommend them!

We purchased our floors from Floor Trader and we could not be happier with the products, the price, the customer service, and installation. Brian S. at the Orange Park location is awesome and really goes above and beyond. Coastal Flooring did a great job with our installation. Both want their customers to be more than satisfied. We will definitely be returning to Floor Trader.

We have been going here for years. They have the best prices on carpet- and always have something in stock we like. This month we had.a hiccup. When the carpet was being laid the installer noticed a flaw. (Honest for him to point it out.) The rest of the role was also flawed and it was no longer in production. Brian found a similar carpet that was even better quality and ordered it for the same price. Imperfections is just a part of life- but really happy with the way they handled it.
