Everyone at this location was great: the eye tech, the doctor and the associate who helped me order my glasses. They were all polite, professional and explained everything thoroughly.

Bad first impression via poor customer service from a lady at the front desk. We weren’t greeted and she literally didn’t even look at my husband and I when we got to the desk, just asked what my name was. We almost left after that interaction, but this was the only time our schedules aligned to get our eyes checked out. The Doctor however was great.

Easy to work with. Dr. Pham & his staff were very helpful and offered Top tier services. We felt very welcomed.
