I used Mike for all the major stages of my new home build. Every step of the way Mike was great. Very easy to schedule and pay for his services. His inspection was very thorough and detailed. He sent me a detailed report with pictures within hours of completing the inspections. He found numerous deficiencies that the builder missed. I cannot recommend Mike enough and would him again without second thought!

Mike’s inspections of our home were extremely thorough, with careful attention to detail and excellent walk-thru narrative. His reports were very well-written and very timely. He was always available to answer follow-up questions when we texted him. He has a keen eye,, as his exceptional observation skills noticed issues we had missed. He really goes above and beyond.
