I called with problems with my ac unit cutting off and not cooling the house properly. After a short explanation of what was happening the man explained how it was a drain float and walked me through what to do. I am so grateful for not taking advantage and charging me a house call. I didn’t think this kind of friendly and honest company existed. I will definitely call Coastal comfort for any future needs. Highly recommended.

Great staff, quick response, knowledgeable and efficient. Joey, the tech, is really friendly and knows his stuff! He's great at explaining what he's doing so you really understand what's happening and how to effectively maintain your system.So glad I found them to install my system and provide service as needed. By far the most personable A/C guy ever. Was very helpful and found my issue with my old unit but, I had told him what I was told by another company and so John order me a new unit, but, since the problem was not underground like I was told and he didn't have to use the copper tubing he was honest and knocked off the $200.00 I would have never known the difference That is how businesses should do business HONESTLY AND FAIRLYTHANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICEServices: Install thermostat
