I was already in the works to get new carpet for two rooms in my home through a big box store when someone suggested I check out Carpet Man. They beat the big box store price and my experience was so good that I decided to replace the carpet throughout my entire home. I ended up getting 5 rooms, plus 4 closets done. James was my first point of contact and returned my call right away and was so helpful. Can not recommend this company enough. We had a horrible experience with a business less than 2 years ago and was having to replace our floors already. We really had a bad taste in our mouth and they completely changed our outlook. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were professional, worked hard and was able to get the job in a very reasonable time. It was such an easy process that they definitely have us as lifelong customers! Reach out to Eddie at the Wells location! He was such a pleasure to work with and really took care of us along the way to make sure everything went seamless!

Update to original review: Carpet Man of Orange Park did a great job of flooring my 2 story home. They took up tile in the foyer and kitchen and laid LVP throughout the whole home. Installers did a great job installing and were great coming back to make some minor fixes. Very happy with the service from the installers and management team. As a business, I am happy with Carpet Man.
