“Actually I would say a 4.5. We had a garden tub removed and huge shower made. Our shower was a big job and is beautiful. It’s a stone, not composite. The time estimate was way off. Originally we were told 5 days for construction and it was 5 weeks to completion. Communication was good, but the glass took over two weeks to complete. I was not impressed with Glass Doctors. The installer wore his boots in the shower! Seriously, the glass needs to be ordered before completion. They need to find another glass company. The shower installer is excellent at what he does, though it was very time consuming. Again, we love the shower, but not sure we could go through this again. Pictures were before the glass was installed.“
