Stan is the best BUT the other people are okay. I had an issue with some people so the manager/supervisor talked to me and made it right. I appreciate it when people fix things to serve their customers better. If I were in FL again, I would go back for their services and would recommend them.

Front counter girls have absolutely awful customer service. I waited 45 mins after my scheduled appt, meanwhile 15+ other people go ahead of me (I was there long before them all) and the explanation "everyones appt was at the same time" ok... so what can I do to prevent waiting for no reason, since you obviously have no solution. All I got was attitude, acting like I'm not allowed to say anything about my frustrations. The people in the back make this place worth it though.
