B Cool has been my go to folks from 2010. 4th of July week end with temps rising I had to use someone else. I understood what B Cool was up against. However yesterday I felt the folks who did the repair should return and see if it was warranty. Of course it was not. When I received the guesstamate I had a fit. I called BCool and explained why I used the other company, and they offered to get a Tech out there today. Bottom line they diagnosed from the beginning and handled it under warranty for parts. I had Rolando come out to do maintenance on a/c unit. This young man has a great work ethic. He was on the go the whole time. I also had Trevor come out to look at changing out a return vent. He was straight up and said he would not recommend doing it because it would cause more problems in time. This is why I like B-cool. They will not sell you something you do t need. Thanks for all the support your company does for the people. This is what you get with smaller companies that care and are not just trying to sell you something. Thanks again.
