B Cool has been my go to folks from 2010. 4th of July week end with temps rising I had to use someone else. I understood what B Cool was up against. However yesterday I felt the folks who did the repair should return and see if it was warranty. Of course it was not. When I received the guesstamate I had a fit. I called BCool and explained why I used the other company, and they offered to get a Tech out there today. Bottom line they diagnosed from the beginning and handled it under warranty for parts. They are amazing, professional, on time , great work! It’s nice to see in this day and age. I bought a place that had many hidden problems. I went to the Home and Patio show in Jax and pick a pen with their logo on it.
One of my problems happened when I started to repaint. in one spot I had a vent fan with no ducting behind it. I was shocked and I didn't know how to start. I saw the pen and gave them a try. THANK GOD I did. They can out the within a few days. One looked at the A/C (it needed lots of work ie. the ducting was not attacked to the walls). I had them check the electrical system out. It was a very pleasant experience. I was referred to this company and I wasn’t disappointed. They are prompt and did a very good job . They even showed me before and after pictures . I do recommend this company A/C Panda . Thank you for your excellent service !
