B Cool has been my go to folks from 2010. 4th of July week end with temps rising I had to use someone else. I understood what B Cool was up against. However yesterday I felt the folks who did the repair should return and see if it was warranty. Of course it was not. When I received the guesstamate I had a fit. I called BCool and explained why I used the other company, and they offered to get a Tech out there today. Bottom line they diagnosed from the beginning and handled it under warranty for parts. Tech appeared to look and be professional. Nathan handled the drainage problem very professionally. B-cool handled the AC problem with in a few hours from initial call to completion of repair.
We've been really happy with B-cool over the years. They are really good communicators and their technicians are both kind and knowledgeable. Their rates seem reasonable too. All in all, we would highly recommend!
