Great service and work. I recommend making appointments, although they do take walk-ins on slow days. Mary, Kim and Ruby are all very friendly and hardworking. Their prices are very reasonable. They give 20% off to new customers on Sunday and Monday. If you mention Smily, you will get 10% off everyday as a new customer. They offer loyalty card too. This is a very clean salon. They have special pedicure seats for children too.
I came in to get my nails done for the first time, but I wasn’t satisfied with the way they turned out. A few days later, I called the salon to discuss my concerns and spoke with Henry. He immediately listened, understood my concerns, and offered to have them fixed. When I came back, he corrected the issue and did not charge me for the service due to the inconvenience. I truly appreciate his willingness to listen, take accountability, and make things right when he recognized there was a problem. His professionalism and excellent customer service made a positive impression on me. Thank you again !
Came in for an overdue pedicure as a walk-in and was taken care of quickly. Liz did an amazing job with the pedicure and took her time to skillfully cut out my ingrown toenails! She was a joy to talk with!
She blessed me and I blessed her back! I will be back to see her again!
