My glasses lens came detached from the frame. I have never used Vision & Glasses but the service was *extraordinary*! Gwen immediately helped me and quickly repaired my glasses. I've never had such great customer service. The best!
I recently visited the Walmart Vision Center and was helped by Gwen Morrison, Optician. Gwen was wonderful, and I truly want to recognize the entire staff. Every single person I interacted with was kind, friendly, and incredibly patient. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. The customer service here is absolutely stellar, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. Thank you all for making my visit such a positive experience!
Excellent customer service on the glasses purchasing side of the shop! Stopped by to purchase a new frame and lenses, and from the moment I stepped in, Tyler did an amazing job. A+ First, he recognized my presence with a - I will be right with you! He walked through frames and styles with me. His knowledge of frames and styles was thorough. He helped me find the best frame for me. Tyler spent over 30 minutes with me only to find out my insurance would not cover a new pair of glasses for another 4 months. Then he was nice enough to tighten up my current frame! Unparalleled service! I will be back!
