First time in sensory deprivation tank and is a very unique experience.Was a great experience and will continue to use this facility.If looking to shut off your mind and the outside world this is something I recommend you try.Kim was very informative and helpful throughout.

Great experience for the cold water therapy. Very down to earth and good energy within their approach. The owner is awesome and connected with me to find out my needs and best application/educational needs for the experience. We did breath work to start off which really helped facilitate the experience and get me deeper into a relaxed state. I was able to stay for 10 mins with her coaching and afterwards the results from that felt great. I have done some home cold water therapy but it had been 3+ months since I had last done it. Hands down, the best massage I have ever had! Zach was incredible - knowledgeable, thorough and used just the right amount of pressure. He was attuned to just what I needed. I never wanted to leave, but when I did, I left feeling amazing! I highly recommend Shyft and will definitely be returning!
