Mike was the representative that came out for our first initial treatment and we were so very appreciative for his knowledge, service, and attention to detail. Cassie was very knowledgeable and understanding of my concerns. We discussed many issues I was worried about and she made me feel much better about the fact that I was completely covered and had no damage and put into motion the plan going forward.
