My experience with Latow Brothers Plumbing was outstanding! Right in the middle of the unusual very cold weather we’ve been having my water heater goes out. I called the office and spoke with Michelle, she was so nice. She advised me they were very backed up due to issues people were having from the cold weather and said it would be several days before they could get to me, but if she had any cancellations she would fit me in right away. I could tell she was truly concerned about my dilemma and she even suggested I may want to call around, but I gave it some time as I had heard good things about this company. She called me back later that day to let me know that they had a cancellation and booked me an appointment for the afternoon the next day! The technicians Dave and Charlie arrived for the appointment in the window of time I was given and they were awesome. They diagnosed the problem right away, replaced the defective part, educated me about my water heater, and were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional and got my hot water back on quickly. Also the price for this appointment was extremely reasonable. Thank you Latow Brothers Plumbing for such great service and an awesome experience!

Great experience using Latow Bros Plumbing to repair a toilet. Someone answered my phone call in person and got me setup with a service call for next day. The guys came early, called me to confirm coming early and were very friendly and did a great job replacing the toilet float mechanism, shutoff valve and supply hose at a reasonable cost. They were very self conscious about being clean and neat when they finished. I will only call Latow Bros for future plumbing needs.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from Michelle in the office and David out in the field. I am a landlord and had a tenant who had some plumbing issues. I thought the pricing was fair for the work. They conducted and appreciated the thorough communication before was performed once they arrived.

When you are a homeowner, but unable to see what needs to be done for yourself, You appreciate a professional who will explain the scope of work to you in a way that you can understand without being condescending. Dave did a fantastic job with that and Michelle in the office was wonderful explaining their process and taking payment, etc. We look forward to using them before our personal homes, kitchen remodel.

Thx to Michele and of course Dave and Charlie for sweating in our garage over our water heater in August. They didn’t leave until they found a solution and once we got the needed part (that they managed to track down) came right back to install it. Appreciate the careful, fast service.
