Wife bought flooring here. Returned said flooring and never got her money back. Scott kept giving her the run around. He wouldn’t call back when he said he was going to. So I go into the store to get the money back. Still the same stories. Gotta call the owner Monday and etc. So they ended up telling me to leave the store, I wasn’t leaving until things got straight. Scott tried to intimidate me to leave lol. That was hilarious. So ended up getting $400 worth of carpet. Don’t do business with this place. Scott is just a comedian. Maybe that’s worked with other customers to intimidate. That’s how they do business

I purchased flooring on July 21, 2025 and had to cancel the order. I call weekly to Scott at the store who tells me he contacts corporate but I have yet to receive my refund. The old checks in the mail trick. I don't recommend this store to anyone. This is not at all how business should be conducted.

Had the opportunity to do business with the Ocala store. Gonzalo Walker was super helpful and knowledgeable. The store had some exceptional values on the porcelain tile I was looking for. Will definitely keep them in mind for future needs!

We had an excellent experience with this store. After shopping around with a local competitor and a big box store, Floor Factory Outlet had the best customer service, selections, prices, and installation availability. Highly recommend them and we’ll be back again for our next project.

Visited this store to look at LVP flooring. Found a good match for what I needed and purchased it. Very good experience here; Scott is knowledgeable and friendly. Only took about 30 minutes start to finish. I definitely recommend checking here first if you need flooring...they have some of everything!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Nick and Scott over the past five years, and I can honestly say I’ve been extremely happy with the service I’ve received.
My first experience was five years ago when I purchased laminate flooring for a DIY project. The flooring held up beautifully until a recent flood required us to replace it. When I returned to the store, I was met with the same friendly faces, excellent customer service, and an additionally discounted price that made the experience even better.
I returned again to replace carpet in one of the bedrooms and once more received top-notch service. I also hired their recommended contractor, Charles, who was prompt, professional, and incredibly accommodating. He scheduled the estimate quickly and completed the project within a week. Charles is a hard worker who kept me updated throughout the installation and even made an effort to minimize noise while my toddler was napping—such a thoughtful touch!
I consider myself a savvy shopper who always compares prices and shops around, but I always find myself coming back here. Thank you all for your exceptional service—it's truly appreciated!

I recently had a great experience trying to pick my flooring and getting the best price. The manager, Scott Yocum made it smooth and affordable for me...and I'm picky! He was honest and beat every price for the 22mil vinyl floors. And when I went to return the leftover boxes I didn't need, it was an easy transaction. The floors were called Toasted, and look amazing!
