I was a first time patient at IVX Health Infusion Center and my expectations were exceeded.
I was greeted at the front desk by Kimberly and she was kind.
The room that I went into was clean and comfortable. I felt calm and relieved.
Nurse Kelly was very user friendly and I didn’t even feel when she put the needle in. Which is rare for me.

The center is very nice and the rooms are private and large with a TV, a nice recliner and even a couch. Everyone is very nice. The nurse I had was very professional and even though she had to stick me twice (I have tiny veins) she had such a light touch, I barely felt it. She checked on me frequently and kept me updated. They also have snacks and drinks for you. What more could you ask for.
I have IV infusions since 2010 and this was one of the best places and most comfortable experiences I have had. The staff was wonderful and nurse Kelly was great made comfortable from the time I step in the door. Very glad I am having my infusions done at IVX, Clay is a great also makes it comfortable, they answer any and all questions makes you feel at ease
