The staff is so nice there from the front desk throughout the whole process , only complaint is too many people booked, I was there 2 hours, But I go back for the customer service & kindness, the optometrist is great
My visit today was very nice. I arrived before my scheduled time and my exam was completed in less than one hour. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful in sharing information regarding the different stages of my exam. The initial technician and the Doctor (Optometrist) were both very thorough as they explained the procedures of the exam. Overall a great eye exam.
I was very anxious about going to an optometrist after missing a few years. Dr. Case was very thorough and professional. I feel that he took great care of me. KC helped me choose my glasses. She was warm, friendly, patient, honest with me and so funny! She took the time to make sure I received the glasses that are the most flattering on me.
