When we called, Bonnie in the office was so nice and scheduled us for the next available time. Kyle, our electrician was very customer focused, very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, explained things to us, used his vacuum to get up dust and debris in the panel after the box was opened, and got the repair done that met the home inspection's requirements. By the way a cable pull was left at the site on Friday 8/2/2024. It's on top of the signal control box. Hope no one takes it.
