So this wonderful young man called Mark turned up from Territo Electric, Inc to fix a slip up with a screw. Yes my beloved husband despite having dotted lots of blue tape over our walls to highlight where the studs were still managed to miss the stud and hit the neutral electric wire that caused the breaker to trip. I will be buying him a new stud and A/C scanner. Mark came in and identified the problem and had it fixed and up and running in no time at all. We are now safe and secure and I am more than happy to allow my husband to repair the small drywall area, so long as he doesn’t use anymore screws!!!
When we called they answered the phone immediately and I was politely transferred directly to the delightful Becky who organized for the technician to come. She had to make sure one was available first and called me back almost immediately as promised. Mark arrived exactly when Becky said he would and he had a long drive through the Orlando traffic to our rather rural location. Mark had no problems explaining what he was looking for and what he would do and he also cleaned up after himself which for us women is a big thing. From start to finish all three staff I encountered were happy and pleasant and more than willing to help. Would highly recommend them. It was a joy to deal with such happy staff.“
