Everything so far is very satisfying. Crew laid tarps down around the whole house to catch anything coming off the roof. They were here a little after 6:40 AM and didn’t leave until they finished which was after 8:00 PM. Roof looks great, the crew did a great job cleaning up. Very satisfied
Highly satisfied from the moment we talked to Shawn until roof was replaced. Not only was Senez roofing the lowest bid but their service was outstanding. The timeline we were given was spot on.
The crew that did the root were polite and courteous the whole day.
Lastly, our insurance adjuster told us we needed the pan roof over our shed replaced. When talking to Shawn he told us there wasn’t anything wrong with the pan roofing and we would be spending money unnecessarily.
I would recommend Senez Roofing for anyone in need of a roof.
Ive used another roofer on my moms house. And they totally screwed up and didnt care. The worst part was the people that are supposed to be there to protect you (orlando building dept.)do nothing. They allow roofers to write an affidavit saying yep we did it right and do not check the work. So keep that in mind when hiring a roofer.
As far as Senez, being a little overly cautious from my previous experience. I had my own inspector come and monitor the installation. Crew was very professional, friendly, quick, clean.
