She takes her time with each patient, develops personalized plans, and follows up to ensure better health. Patients have expressed that they love her as a doctor and hope she stays at the practice. Some individuals have noted that since the practice was taken over by Complete Health, communication has decreased, leading to longer wait times and delays in responses. However, overall, the staff and doctors are recognized for their kindness and professionalism, making the experience more positive than many other healthcare offices.
I am new to this practice and had an appointment with Kristine Ilgenfritz. She was so kind and for the first time made me feel like I was being heard and understood, not just listened to. All of the staff that I encountered were extremely kind and I was impressed with the sweet woman at the front desk who went out of her way to help an elderly lady fill out her paperwork one on one.
Dr smith is amazing . I am so upset they will not be taking my plan as of Feb 1st and I have to start all over with another Dr. if they ever take my plan again I will be right there .
Love Dr: Arletty to pieces! She is such an amazing doctor! Volusia county is so lucky to have her as a doctor in our area. Please keep her in this practice for as long as you possibly can! I don’t want her to leave my mom and I just absolutely love and adore her. She’s old school she treats you as a whole she listens she cares she takes her time other you (for as busy as she is), that to me means a hack of a lot in my book. She has resourceful skills and she comes up with a plan of attack to better your health and she follows up with you too. Not just a one and done kind of doctor visit.
