Words can’t explain how I feel! This was my second bridesmaid dress I purchased and I could only get it zipped up halfway. Found her on google and gave her the dress. Once I came back after the alterations, the dress fit perfectly!!! Will definitely come back for any alterations?Signed,A happy bridesmaid ☺️
Joan treated us with the absolute most kindness and care. She got our whole zipper replacement done in a couple of hours and was the nicest person. We will definitely be going to her for all of our alteration needsin the future!!
Joan did wonderful work shortening the skirt length and straps of my dress. It fit me perfectly! Plus, she was able to accommodate a rush job since I had just received my dress and needed it in one week before traveling out of town for a wedding.
