Robert serviced our ac/heater unit. He vas very personable, answering all my concerns. I thought he went above and beyond what I expected by cleaning the outside of the unit. I returned home from a trip this summer to discover my AC was not functioning and my house was like a sauna. I just had my semi annual service in June so I wasn’t sure what the problem could be. Hugh has answered the phone and tried to walk us through a few steps to analyze the problem. He was willing to come out last night, but I was tired and it was late so he came out first thing in the morning. I believe we had a power surge from recent storms, and my capacitor wasn’t working. He Was very knowledgeable I was able to repair it right away. House is cooling. I’m happy. :)
