I can’t say enough great things about Rusty, my exterminator tech from Truly Nolen. He is absolutely fantastic! Every time I’ve needed help, he’s been professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Rusty always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and makes sure I feel confident that the problem is taken care of.
What really sets him apart is his responsiveness. If I ever spot a bug—even the tiniest one—he comes out right away without hesitation. His reliability gives me so much peace of mind, and thanks to him, my home stays completely bug‑free.
