Extremely Rude Owner!! Customer beware! I have been going there for about a year and a half and a client of Duni! She is the best and a great heart and energy. Unfortunately, i can not say the same about the owner Kiren! I booked an appt to go during my lunch break but my meeting ran late. I tried calling to advise but called and called and got no answer. I went online and saw there was an open slot a half an hour later and tried to change it while I was driving like a mad woman. Somehow I ended up booking another appt half an hour later instead of changing it. When I finally got to the shop 15 minutes late she began to yell unprofessionally in front of her client and myself, stating that she was going to charge me 25 dollar for a NO SHOW. I asked her to please calm down and explained that I was not able to leave my job and did not see the issue since Duni did not have a client following me and it was open. She proceeded to get all out rate and unbecoming of an owner and professional. I felt so bad for Duni who was in the middle of it all and we both cried together. I was so upset and felt so disrespected. In this day in age and this world full of hate and suffering it cost nothing to be kind and be empathetic. You can do all types of work to your physical body and face but if you have a disgusting attitude, negative energy and lacking empathy, you will remain ugly inside! I guess she has so many clients that customer service is not practiced in her establishment. I am sadden to leave Duni and have her lose a client because as I stated above she is truly the best. She outshines the owner and her boss Karin. But I will never give Karin one more dollar of my hard working money. She needs to be humbled and realize that customer service is key! It cost me 25 dollars to remove someone like her out of my life! And she gained 25 dollars and lost much more then that from me the customer that came in every two to three weeks and spent between 65 to 140 each visit! I do not recommend this shop! BUYER BEWARE!
