I just wanted to come on and write an outstanding/ Exceptionalreview for Dr. Kitz and the team at Woodlands Hospital, including Alexis and Vicki. Long story short, our beloved German Shepherd developed a mass that grew rapidly fast. We rushed her to Dr. Kitz (knowing she took care of my

Passed..so I trusted her) she had surgery immediately within 24 hours and she saved our little girl. They were the most compassionate loving Doctors and team also Since we have left, they have constantly continued to check on our girl by text and calling us. I will never go toAnother vet. Dr Kitz is the only Dr I trust with my family pets! ❤️
Our first visit to this vet was, unfortunately, for putting our elderly, dying cat to sleep. Our 17 year old cat had kidney problems and had stopped eating and let us know it was her time. We just moved here so we didnt have an established vet yet. I called and asked for a price and got an easy answer with no hassle. When we showed up they had a room with a kitty bed and blanket for my cat to curl up in and make herself feel comfortable. The vet and staff were very kind and professional and showed a lot of compassion. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and we never felt rushed. They had tissues already in the room to which ended up being really handy....read full review
We’ve been bringing our “first born” Fischer to Woodlands for a few years and have consistently been treated with such compassion and kindness. From routine vaccines and flea meds to torn dew claws and hip X-rays, we’ve always received quick and thorough care with staff who has been kind and accommodating to Fischer’s needs. Dr Kitz called me with X-ray results on a Saturday and informed me of my treatment options for over 30 minutes. In urgent situations they have always been able to see us the same day we call. I would recommend Woodlands Animal Hospital to anyone who wants exceptional care for their animals.
